Shipping

• From an order value of 100 € on, the shipping costs of 4.90 € (within Germany) are eliminated.
• Of course we also ship to DHL packing stations.
• Please note that express delivery is not possible on weekends.
• If you order on Mon-Fri until 14:00 o'clock, we will usually ship your order on the same day!
  This only applies to items that are marked as "immediately available". It does not apply to production items with extended delivery time and it requires a receipt of payment before 14:00 o'clock. Please note that for many payment methods, initiating the payment does not necessarily mean that we have received the payment.
• The delivery time via DHL and DPD is 1 - 2 days.
  Please note that DPD does not deliver on Saturdays (this also applies to express shipping) and both companies do not deliver on Sundays.
• ATTENTION: When paying with PayPal, the goods will only be shipped to the buyer protection address registered at PayPal. The delivery address entered in the ordering process in our shop will not be taken into account.

• The cost for shipping to Austria is 8.90 €.
• The average parcel delivery time to Austria is 2-4 days.
• Express deliveries to Austria are not possible.
• Possible payment methods for shipping to Austria are: bank transfer (prepayment), PayPal, Klarna invoice, Klarna pay now (Sofortüberweisung, direct debit, credit card - only for a basket value of goods under 1500,-€).

• All deliveries to Switzerland are exempt from German VAT.
• All deliveries to Switzerland are provided with an EORI number, declaration of origin and fivefold invoice copy for customs purposes.
• All precious metals are provided with responsibility mark.
• Shipping to Switzerland is done with DPD.
• The Swiss VAT of 8% is due on delivery. It will be collected by DPD and forwarded to the Swiss customs.
• The costs for the dispatch to Switzerland amount to 30 € (starting from a commodity value of 1,000 € an export declaration becomes necessary, the surcharge for this amounts to 30 €).
• Possible payment methods for shipping to Switzerland are: bank transfer (prepayment), PayPal.

If you order several articles from us within the framework of one order, for which different delivery times apply, we will send the goods in one joint shipment, unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the total delivery time for the shipment is the same as that for the item in your order with the longest delivery time.

In the case of payment in advance, the period for delivery begins on the day after the payment order is issued to the remitting bank or, in the case of other forms of payment, on the day after the contract is concluded and ends with the expiry of the last day of the period. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a general holiday recognised by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day shall take the place of such day.
