Note: Due to production-related variations, the weight or width of the chain may vary by up to 5%. Silver also tends to tarnish. This is a completely normal process and a sign that the silver is genuine. The reaction of silver with the air causes silver sulphide to form, which is responsible for the black discolouration. You can counteract this with proper care. You can find out more in the expandable tab "Care and storage".
- As soon as you notice that the jewellery is discolouring, you should clean it. This makes it easier to remove the discolouration.
- For best results, use appropriate care and cleaning products, such as a silver jewellery bath, polish and a silver cloth. These products are of course also available in our shop.
- The bracelet should not be stored in damp places such as the bathroom or kitchen. High humidity causes it to discolour even faster.
- Cosmetics also promote surface changes. For this reason, jewellery should not come into contact with creams, hairspray or perfume.
- Do not wear the bracelet while exercising. Sweat, salt water, chlorine and many other substances can also discolour the jewellery.
- When you are not wearing the bracelet, you should store it separately in a jewellery box.
- You should also pack it individually and as airtight as possible to protect it from scratches and dust.
- Contamination and damage to your jewellery caused by improper care are not covered by the warranty.
