Return service within Germany

Have you made a purchase in our online shop and would like to return an item? Please note that the return period is 14 days after receipt of the goods. The use of our return service is not a mandatory requirement for exercising your right of withdrawal.
We charge a processing fee of €4.90 for using our return service. The returns service is a voluntary offer from Unique Jewelry GmbH.
Please note that returns via our return service are only insured up to a value of €500 and only within Germany. Returns with a value exceeding €500 must be sent at your own expense.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange an item directly for another item. We will credit the purchase price to you via the payment method selected on the receipt.

Notice:
Jewellery with engraving, altered stone settings or custom made items are excluded from the right of cancellation. In the case of worn items that show signs of use, we may have to charge you for the resulting reduction in value. This case occurs if the examination of the condition, properties and functioning of the goods reveals that they have been improperly handled.

How returns work

1. First, fill out the DHL online form.
2. Print out the return label and stick it on the parcel or save the PDF file/QR code on your smartphone.
3. Please enclose the invoice with the return shipment.
4. Take the parcel to the post office or a DHL drop-off point and have the shipment recorded.

Returns from other countries

Returns from abroad are subject to a fee and must be paid by you.
Please retain tracking information until the return has been confirmed.
