Please note: Due to production-related variations, the weight or width of the chain may vary by up to 5%. All our king necklaces are handmade and consist of many movable chain links. Silver tends to discolour. This is completely normal and a sign that the silver is genuine. The reaction of the silver in the air causes silver sulphite to form, resulting in a black colour. This can be counteracted with the appropriate care. You can find out more about this in the fold-out tab "Care and storage".
- As soon as you feel that the jewellery is discoloured, you should clean it. The discolouration can then be removed more easily.
- Do not store in damp places such as the bathroom or kitchen. The high humidity ensures that the jewellery changes colour even faster.
- Do not wear during sport. Sweat, salt water, chlorine and much more can also discolour your jewellery.
- Cosmetics can also cause the surface to change colour, which is why jewellery should not come into contact with creams, hairspray or perfume.
- Dirt and damage to your piece of jewellery due to improper care are not covered by the warranty.
- Optimal results can be achieved with appropriate cleaning and care products, such as a bath for silver jewellery, a polish and a silver cloth. You can of course also find these products in our shop.
- When the jewellery is not being worn, it should be stored separately in a jewellery box.
- In addition, you should pack the pieces of jewellery individually and as airtight as possible to protect them from scratches and tarnishing.
